As of August 26th, DLGL has rolled out its hybrid work model with a splash, celebrating the return to the office with a fun and delicious food truck event! Employees gathered to enjoy a fantastic meal, catching up with colleagues, and kicking off this new work arrangement on a high note. Special thanks to Ça roule ma poule for providing the tasty food!
In this new hybrid model, employees will spend 40% of their working hours in the office, with Wednesdays as a designated in-office day and the second in-office day being at their discretion.
This approach reflects DLGL’s dedication to preserving its unique workplace culture while boosting operational efficiency and client service standards. The hybrid model is designed to strengthen collaboration, particularly between experienced employees and new hires, making onboarding smoother and faster.
