Celebrating 10 years of Live Operations, V.I.P. continues to grow at Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region with new Self-Service Time & Attendance functionality delivered to 10,000 employees.

Regina Qu'AppelleJanuary 19th, 2014 marked the 10th anniversary of RQHR’s Go-Live date with V.I.P., bringing to a close our first decade of collaboration with Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region – the largest health care delivery system in southern Saskatchewan, and one of the most integrated health delivery agencies in the country.

Now into our 2nd decade together, RQHR continues to leverage additional V.I.P. functionality with the recent deployment of Time & Attendance within the Employee and Manager Self Service portals.  The functionality provides attendance information to both employees and managers and is particularly useful in addressing possible absenteeism issues.  According to RQHR “based on support calls and user feedback, it was a great functionality to roll out and management is very happy with it”.
