48-HOUR RIDE from the Make-A-Wish/Rêves d’enfants Canada Foundation

On September 16, 17 and 18, DLGL Technologies participated in the 14th edition of the 48-HOUR RIDE, an event that took place on the tarmac of the Mirabel airport.

12 DLGL cyclists and many more as visiting riders took part in this event alongside 1700 other participants to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation/Rêves d’enfants Canada.

In just a few weeks, the two teams raised $9,938 thanks to generous donations from DLGL ($2,400) and the social club ($2,400); very generous participation in fundraising activities (BBQ, wine raffle); and various fundraisers by participants.

This amount contributed to the 2 million raised in total!

This fall-like weekend was a great opportunity to discover, or rediscover, our colleagues. It was a gathering of mutual aid, respect and determination, which was very welcome after more than two years of pandemic and the introduction of working from home.
